Business Development

PT. Mash Moshem Indonesia is a private label cosmetic manufacturing company established in 2011. We’re currently looking for a skilled and experienced Business Development professional to join our growing team in Central Jakarta.

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing impactful sales strategies that drive business expansion and strengthen client relationships..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to reach and surpass sales targets.
  • Conduct market and consumer trend analysis to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Medicine / Pharmacy / Pharmacist / Chemical Engineering / Business Management / Marketing)
  • At least 1 year of relevant sales experience. Prior experience in the cosmetics or skincare sector will be considered a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients and achieving sales targets.
  • Creative and innovative in developing engaging sales strategies.
  • Able and willing to work in Jakarta Pusat.
